During the Governor’s Agricultural Summit in Huron, Jerry Oster of Yankton will receive the Governor’s Ag Ambassador Award. Oster retired in 2023 after a 49-year career at WNAX Radio. The summit will be held Wednesday and Thursday at the State Fairgrounds.
