Appeals Court Rules on RFS

The federal appeals court in Washington, D.C. has rejected an attempt by the oil industry to overturn the Renewable Fuel Standards for 2020, 2021 and 2022. Renewable Fuels Association President and CEO Geoff Cooper said the decision is “a win for America’s renewable fuel producers, farmers and consumers.”
