Dekalb Brand Manager Jamie Horton says there may be a small decline in corn acres. “Certainly with commodity prices, folks are continuing to look at what’s the ROI and putting pen to paper on some of those different decisions that they’re making,” said Horton. “We had a record number of corn acres last year so I think we’ll see corn acres potentially pull back from that.” Horton encourages growers to consider weed management when making seed decisions.
