The use of dicamba is now in jeopardy for the upcoming growing season. A federal court has vacated the registrations of XtendiMax, Engenia and Tavium. The court determined the EPA violated the notice-and comment requirement for these product registrations. Bayer released a statement, saying it disagrees with the ruling and is assessing its next steps. Bayer also said it is awaiting direction from the EPA on the actions it may take in response to the ruling.
