The EPA has submitted its final rule for year-round sales of E15 in eight Midwestern states to the White House Office of Management and Budget for review. South Dakota Corn Growers Association Executive Director DaNita Murray says OMB has 90 days to act. “They can ask for an extension but would need the agreement of the regulatory agency, the EPA. I think within a 90-day time period we’ll see the rule issued.”
