The American Agri-Women awarded its Veritas Award to Damien Schiff, a senior attorney for the Pacific Legal Foundation. Schiff has worked extensively on property rights and land-use regulations, including the Sackett v. EPA Supreme Court case dealing with the Waters of the United States rule. The Veritas Award is given annually to people who have given witness to ‘the pursuit of truth.’
