A Windom, Minnesota farmer pleaded guilty to wire fraud in federal court for allegedly selling millions of dollars of non-GMO corn and soybeans as organic. Sentencing will be held October 26 for James Wolf and Adam Olson. A preliminary decision has ordered Wolf to forfeit nearly $20 million in property. That includes $7 million in cash, six tracts of land, farm equipment and vehicles.
