The market has paid little attention to the escalation of the conflict in the Black Sea Region. However, Lakefront Futures Senior Hedge Advisor Darin Fessler remains wary. “We’ve seen the news of the Ukraine port brushed off but if something were to happen to the Russian ports or grain infrastructure, that’s a whole different escalation that we need to be mindful of when it comes to the wheat market.”
