The Grassland Conservation Reserve program received a record-setting signup of 4.6 million acres in offers. FSA Acting Deputy Administrator John Berge says 2.7 acres are being accepted into the program. “That’s the highest number of acres offered in the history of the program. This is an opportunity to keep those lands in livestock production while promoting biodiversity.”
