The North Dakota Legislature will conduct nearly 50 studies during the interim. Agricultural policy will be evaluated, including possible property tax exemptions for grain elevators. Lawmakers will also study the ownership of property by foreign adversaries and a possible transfer of authority over 4-H and FFA from the Department of Career and Technical Education to the Department of Agriculture.
