Grasshopper pressure is already starting to become an issue with high wind and warm temperatures. FMC Technical Service Manager Ryan Hunt says the impact from the pests can be devastating. It is important to stay ahead of the problem. “We have a product called Vantacor Insecticide that’s a super low use rate with a couple weeks of residual and it’s very safe.” The field re-entry interval is only four hours for Vantacor.
