An extension to the Black Sea Grain Initiative is in place, but issues remain. One of the key Ukrainian ports has shut down operations because Russia is not allowing ships to enter. Russia claims it has been unable to export ammonia through a pipeline in Ukraine. Both sides are looking for leverage in the dispute over food, grain and fertilizer exports.
