The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has responded to a lawsuit filed by the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association and Minnesota Service Station and Convenience Store Association. The MPCA rules require vehicles sold in the state meet California’s zero-emission’ standards. “Their response was that we should just drop the lawsuit and move on, said Bob Worth, president, MSGA. “Well, we’re not going to. I have all the confidence that we’re going to win this one.”
