The USDA is offering technical and financial assistance to help farmers and ranchers recover from recent winter storms in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho and Wyoming. Impacted producers can contact their local USDA Service Center to report losses and learn about the options. Under Secretary for Farm Production and Conservation Robert Bonnie says livestock producers are dealing with increased feed expenses and snow removal costs.
