USDA is forecasting a record agricultural trade deficit of $14.5 billion. The Agriculture Department blames the value of the U.S. dollar for the negative trade balance. Boozman emphasized the need to open new markets, expand existing markets and demand trading partners follow the rules of the trade agreements.
