The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and a coalition of business groups from Kentucky are suing the Biden Administration over the new Waters of the United States rule. The plaintiffs claim WOTUS creates “needless uncertainty and endless red tape.” This follows the filing of lawsuits by 24 states and others impacted by new rule.
