At the CHS Hedging Virtual Grain Summit, DTN/Progressive Farmer Senior Ag Meteorologist John Baranick said South America continues to struggle with weather as they fall behind with second crop corn planting. “We’re actually forecasting increased temperatures and an earlier start to the dry season across central Brazil. Concerns are abounding.” Argentina and Southern Brazil continue to see exceptionally dry conditions as well.
