The EPA has adjusted the deadline for spraying dicamba in four states nationwide, including South Dakota. For South Dakota, the deadline has tightened up from June 30 to June 20. June 12 is the new deadline in Iowa, Illinois and Indiana. The EPA said the decision was made to reduce the risk of drift. The agency said it is still evaluating all options to address dicamba-related issues.
