Syngenta and Corteva are in federal court, defending their customer loyalty programs. Ten state attorneys general and the Federal Trade Commission claim the two companies paid distributors to block competition from selling generic products. The Minnesota AG’s Office is included in this complaint. Syngenta and Corteva officials indicate their rebate and incentive programs are voluntary.
