Class III milk prices have generally trended lower. Total Farm Marketing market analyst Naomi Blohm points to the overall milk supply. “The reality is that production has been slowly increasing for the last four-to-five months,” said Blohm. The dairy export scenario remains bright, but production is starting of overwhelm demand. “The (Class III milk) markets slid lower, below the $19 support area and now testing 18; we’ll see if we can hold at this level or not.”
