The Association of Public and Land-grant Universities honored Frank Casey and Lynette Flage for their achievements as Fellows of the Food Systems Leadership Institute. Casey is the assocate director of North Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station and Flage is the associate director for NDSU Extension.
