The U.S. Supreme Court will hear at least two agriculture-based cases in October. In a new schedule released this past week, the court said it will start its new term by hearing Sackett vs. the United States. This case includes two Idaho landowners challenging the Waters of the United States rule. The hearing will be October 3. The following week, the Supreme Court will hear arguments challenging California’s Proposition 12.
