According to the USDA, U.S. agricultural exports in 2022 are projected to be a record $183.5 billion. That’s up $8 billion from the 2021 forecast. Increases are expected in most commodities with oilseeds leading the charge. Soybean exports are forecast nearly $3 higher at $31.3 billion. Total oilseed and product exports are estimated to be $4.7 billion higher. Mexico is projected to overtake Canada as the second largest U.S. ag market at $27 billion. China is forecast to remain the top market for U.S. ag products at $36 billion.
