Iowa State University Crops Marketing Specialist Chad Hart told attendees at the NDSU Crop Insurance Seminar he is optimistic about the first half of the year, but is concerned the third and fourth quarters of 2022. “Farmers have good marketing opportunities right now and should be locking in prices.” Decisions should be made. “These are some of the best crop prices we’ve seen in a decade. Those good crop prices can slip away.”
