After a drought, it is common to see higher residual nitrogen levels in the soil. Nutrien Marketing Representative Doug Sibbett says it is important to know what you have. “It is something you probably can’t rely on for the entire season to carry you through, but you might have a little bit out there.” Sibbett has been fielding questions about product availability. “There are some empty fertilizer locations just due to trucking issues and supply issues. With ESN, we’re doing a good job in getting our warehouses full and with some of our other products, we’re trying to make as quickly as we can and get it out to the field.”
