The Biden Administration is increasing the sugar import quotas for the current fiscal year by over 90,000 tons. The U.S. will also allow that sugar to enter the country until the end of October, which is a full month longer than usual. The Dominican Republic will have the largest part of that quota at 19,000 tons. That’s followed by Brazil and Australia.
