North Dakota Senator Kevin Cramer and other Republican members of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee are seeking answers from the Biden Administration and its decision to repeal and replace the Navigable Waters Protection Rule. That rule was put in place during the Trump Administration. The lawmakers are seeking more details from the EPA on this decision. Cramer hosted EPA Administrator Micheal Regan earlier this month in Bismarck for a roundtable discussion about the Waters of the U.S. rule.
