The value of good cropland across the Northern Plains is up ten-to-15 percent from one year ago. Farmers National Company Area Sales Manager Brian Mohr says sales prices are approaching all-time highs. Prices for ranch and pasture land is up, but not at the level seen with crop ground. The inventory of farms available for sale is at a low point.
