The EPA will return to North Dakota for an official WOTUS listening session. “EPA’s Office of Water lead Radhika Fox pledges to have a listening session in North Dakota when confirmed,” said Kevin Cramer, North Dakota Senator. “She’ll probably be confirmed before the July 4 recess. I wouldn’t think it would take too long to have the EPA back in North Dakota.” Three North Dakota agriculture groups participated in a roundtable with EPA Administrator Michael Regan last week. More shareholders are expected in the official WOTUS listening session.
