A non-GMO soybean variety containing high oleic trait technology is being grown on 40,000 acres across 14 states this year. That includes limited acreage in Minnesota. Production is expected to expand into the Dakotas next year. SOYLEIC was developed with support from the soybean checkoff. This oil produced from this trait contains zero trans fat and is ideal for human and animal diets.
