Argentina President Alberto Fernandez is restricting beef exports for the next 30 days. This ban is being described as an ‘unorthodox’ way to deal with inflation, which is approaching 50 percent. Fernandez is willing to forego much needed export business to help local consumers ahead of the mid-term elections.
