This past week’s Pioneer Agronomy Update came from McCoy Seed at Larimore, North Dakota. While it has been dry, Pioneer Field Agronomist Kristie Sundeen encourages growers to plan for a successful season. “I wouldn’t pull back on fertilizer or seed treatments and I wouldn’t pull back on my seed choices. That’s your starting point and what you’re going to have for yield at the end of the day.” Shaun McCoy said local data will be available. “We get in as many plots as we can. We’ll have multiple corn and soybeans and a sunflower plot.”
