Rush River Seed and Chemical at Amenia, North Dakota hosted the Red River Farm Network for the Pioneer Agronomy Update this past week. “If you look at ’19 and ’20, there is way more optimism this year,” said Shaun Nelson, owner/operator, Rush River Seed and Chemical. “A year ago, people were still harvesting and this year, everything came off in the fall and the ground was worked once or twice.” Sales Agronomist Terry Bruns emphasized the importance of pre-emergence weed control, especially on last year’s prevented plant ground. On Tuesday, the Pioneer Agronomy Update will be originating from the Larimore, North Dakota area.
