North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum signed the $680 million bonding bill on Wednesday. “This bill was a win for taxpayers, current and future generations of North Dakotans, who will benefit from having modern, safe and reliable infrastructure.” The bill supports flood control, roads, bridges and water projects. The bonding bill also includes $50 million to replace Harris Hall, part of the Agriculture Products Development Center. This bonding bill does not include $30 million for rural infrastructure, but North Dakota lawmakers continue to work on this effort in the final days of the session.
