A Mandan, North Dakota man will serve four years in federal prison for bank fraud and transporting stolen livestock across state lines. These cattle crimes occurred between February 2014 and July 2017, when Kelly Glatt initially took out a bank loan to purchase cattle and related supplies. Then, Glatt obtained the stolen cattle and hid collateral and assets from the bank and others. Glatt will pay more than $1.8 million in restitution.
