A bill has been signed by North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum directing Legislative Management to study natural gas and propane infrastructure development in the state. This includes looking at challenges in developing natural gas and propane infrastructure, community needs and a cost-benefit analysis of state incentives to encourage development.
