According to World Weather Incorporated, the La Nina is weakening rapidly. That should translate into favorable weather for spring planting in the Midwest, Delta and southeastern states. Dryness will be a lingering concern in the Northern Plains and Canadian prairies. Dry conditions continue to be a threat for mid-to-late summer.
