The budget will be the dominate the Minnesota legislative agenda in 2021. “If it turns out that they work a lot remotely and just want to do the budget and get out of town by May, we may not see a lot of policy issues,” said Bruce Kleven, legislative strategist, Minnesota Association of Wheat Growers. “If we do, some of the things we see in ag will probably fall into two major boxes; one is climate change and the other water quality.” Kleven spoke at the Prairie Grains Conference.
