CHS Ag Services sales agronomist Brian Oaches is based at Erskine, Minnesota and says there is optimism about the local corn crop. “The corn crop is shaping up nice. It has come down in moisture and picked up test weight with the warm, dry fall we’ve had.” Corm moisture levels range from the high teens to the low-to-mid 20s. “Guys are looking forward to picking dry corn this fall.”
