When it comes to setting priorities, BASF regional technical sales representative Ruhiyyih Dyrdahl-Young doesn’t believe women have to give up one thing to achieve another. “I try really hard not to put things in silos in my head. Instead, this is one reality,” said Dyrdahl-Young. “It’s also one thing to hire women in field positions, but there’s another where we make sure people can be whole in their role.
