Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation says president and CEO Jayson Penn has left the company. In June, Penn was put on leave after the U.S. Justice Department indicted him on conspiracy to rig chicken prices, Pilgrim’s Pride says Chief Financial Officer and acting CEO Fabio Sadri has been promoted to CEO.
