A federal judge in California has denied a request to block the new Navigable Waters Protection Rule and the Trump Administration rule takes effect today. This rule replaces the controversial Waters of the U.S. rule. There are more legal challenges for this policy, including cattle producers who claim the new rule exceeds the authority of the EPA and Army Corps of Engineers.
