Rumors of China seeking soybeans had the soybean market moving higher on Thursday. Russell Consulting Group market analyst Kent Beadle says its good to see the buying interest. “Last week, China bought about 600,000 tons. It’s sounding like the Brazilians are out of their ability to make additional old crop sales,” says Beadle. “They’ve been buying late July, August and possibly September soybean cargoes from the U.S. That’s good to see and I think there will be more purchased.”
