The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals rejected a request by refiners for a rehearing of a court ruling on small refinery exemptions. In response, American Coalition for Ethanol CEO Brian Jennings said he is pleased and expects the EPA to comply with the law, denying pending small refinery exemptions for 2019. Earlier this year, the court of appeals struck down three small refinery exemptions under the Renewable Fuel Standard.
