Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the USDA Risk Management Agency will be allowing self-certification on replant inspections and they will waive witness signatures in certain situations. Insurance providers may allow the use of self-certification replant inspections for certain crops with 100 gross acres per unit. The waived signature provision is in effect through July 15.
