Bayer is settling a class-action lawsuit that focused on consumer advertising of its Roundup grass and weed control product. Bayer will pay more than $35 million and change the labeling for glyphosate. This settlement does not include numerous other lawsuits that are trying to link the exposure to glyphosate to cancer.
