Standard Grain President Joe Vaclavik says rumors China is shopping for commodities and possible port closures in Argentina have brought some buying into the grain market. “Nothing is confirmed yet, but we’ve heard things circulating. Another piece of news friendly for exports perhaps is there could be issues with port closures in South America as a result of the virus. If that were the case, it could steer more business to the U.S.”
