According to Chinese President Xi, the coronavirus outbreak is at a “critical stage” and more steps should be taken to prevent its spread. Xi also promoted action to revitalize the Chinese economy and stop the spread of the disease from affecting the spring planting season. As of today, there are 79,000 confirmed cases and more than 2,600 deaths associated with coronavirus.
