Farmers are looking ahead to spring near Rugby, North Dakota. First International Bank and Trust President Tanner Johnson says 2019 was a challenging year and farmers are hopeful for a break in 2020. “People are focused on getting rid of the grain they have and we hope all goes well in the spring.” Johnson was part of the North Central Dakota Ag Show.
