Innovation continues to drive profitability for beef producers. “Innovation isn’t just something that comes off an assembly line,” says Elanco Executive Director of U.S. Food Animal Marketing Amanda Kephart. “There are key areas Elanco focuses on with innovation: animal well being, data and analytics and process efficiency work.” Kephart says innovation is also increasing efficiency, allowing beef producers to do more with less. “For example, producers who use process efficiency work when feeding have saved over three hours in one day.
